Article 1 – Scope of Application
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) apply to all orders placed on the website **iceglow.net** by any customer, regardless of their country of residence, subject to any mandatory provisions applicable in their country.
By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and accepts these GTC without reservation.
Article 2 – Products
IceGlow markets ice rollers and accessories dedicated to skin care and well-being.
The essential characteristics of each product are presented on their respective product pages. Photographs are provided for illustrative purposes only and may differ slightly from the product delivered.
Article 3 – Pricing
Prices displayed on the website are indicated in the currency selected by the customer and include applicable taxes where applicable.
IceGlow reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. However, products will be invoiced based on the rates in effect at the time the order is validated.
Article 4 – Ordering
An order becomes definitive upon validation of payment.
A confirmation email will be automatically sent to the email address provided during the ordering process.
IceGlow reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order in the event of suspected fraud, prior disputes, or any other legitimate reason.
Article 5 – Payment
Payment is due immediately upon ordering.
Accepted payment methods include, but are not limited to:

* Mastercard
* American Express (if available)
* Shop Pay
* Apple Pay
* Google Pay
* Any other method offered at checkout.
All transactions are secure.
Article 6 – Shipping and Delivery
IceGlow ships its products to the majority of countries worldwide.
Delivery times are generally between 7 and 20 business days, depending on the destination, customs formalities, and the carrier.
These delivery times are estimates and do not constitute a guarantee.
The customer is responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.
Any customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country remain the responsibility of the customer, unless stated otherwise on the website.
Article 7 – Returns and Right of Withdrawal
Customers entitled to a legal right of withdrawal have the period provided by the legislation applicable in their country.
For consumers residing in the European Union, this period is 14 days from the date of receipt of the order.

Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a defective product or an error in preparation on our part.
Article 8 – Defective Products and Warranties
If a product is received damaged, defective, or non-conforming, the customer must contact IceGlow as soon as possible, attaching photographs of the product in question.
Depending on the situation, IceGlow may offer:
* A replacement product;
* A full or partial refund;
* Or any other appropriate commercial solution.
Applicable legal warranties remain those provided by the laws of the consumer’s country of residence where these are mandatory.
Article 9 – Personal Data

Article 10 – Liability
IceGlow shall not be held liable for delays or failure to deliver resulting from:

* Natural disasters;
* Labor disputes;
* Administrative decisions;
* Carrier delays;
* Customs inspections.
Article 11 – Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming (USA), subject to mandatory provisions protecting consumers in their country of residence.
In the event of a dispute, the parties shall endeavor to seek an amicable solution before initiating any legal proceedings.
Consumers in the European Union may also use the European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform where applicable.
