3. Damaged or Defective Products

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer;

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.


We recommend using a tracked shipping service for all returns.

8. Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but reported lost or stolen after delivery.

However, our team will do its best to assist you in working with the carrier.

Do not send any product without first obtaining return authorization from our customer service.
